Facts

Questions & Answers

Q: What will my decal stick to?
A:
Any flat, smooth surface

Q: My decal has a cover on it, what do I do?
A:
This is a protective cover. After your decal is installed, carefully peel the top cover off.

Q: Should I clean my window before putting on my decal?
A:
Yes. The decal will not stick to a dirty surface. You should use alcohol to clean your window, and make sure it is dry before your install your decal. Or you can use window cleaner.

Q: Is it OK to touch the sticky part of the decal back?
A:
No. It is very important not to touch the back. The dirt and oils from your skin will contaminate the adhesive.

Q: Do you use water to get the decal off the paper?
A:
No. Follow the step by step instructions on our web site.

Q: I see the decal I want, but it is facing the wrong direction, what do I do?
A:
Order a reverse design.

Q: How do I get an old sticker off, in order to install my new decal?
A:
A plastic spatula or  plastic scraper can lift the sticker edges so you can peel it off. There are some products you can use to help the clean up process, but make sure it is safe to use on paint or windows. A hairdryer, or heat gun can help but be careful about heating up the paint on your car. On glass windows a razor blade can be used, but not on tinted windows.

Decals are cut from one color of vinyl. The black on the screen will become the color you choose. The white shown on the screen is for reference only. It will be cutout, and the background you place the decal on will show through.
